Grab Button

ARGGHHHHH!!!

Ok, I feel a little better... I can't flippin figure out how to post a "grab button" with the code box under it. Anyone know a simple way to do this? I got my button made.. now I'm just trying to post it with a code box. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Weekend Wrap-Up!

I'm pretty sure the weather had a huge part in this.. but what an A-mazing weekend! The hubby was off all weekend and we did lots of relaxing and hanging with the kiddos.

Friday we took the kids to incredible pizza.. ate, played games, and rode the go carts.

Saturday.. Took the girls to get pictures, went to lunch at Jefferson's with Mic, the kids, and the in laws.. came home and relaxed (or attempted to... remember I have 3 kids, a husband, and a puppy!) for the rest of the night.. and watched a horrible movie called Win Win. Oh and gave Harlo her first bath!

Sunday morning my dad stopped by to see me and the kids on his way home from work and Mic worked on the landscaping. I hung out inside for the most part and did stuff around the house.... then we went to Texas Roadhouse to dinner, came home and let the girls hit some balls in the back yard. =P

Monday morning we got up and took the kids to the Labor Day parade.. it was the longest parade EVER but the kids had a blast picking up candy.. and they made a haul! Thank god a popsicle broke in the bag and ruined over half the candy so I had a legit reason not to keep all that candy! After having lunch at Margarita's I dropped Mic and the kids off at home and went to get this done

They didn't hurt too bad... but bad enough to be glad its over with! I can't wait till I can change them out. I found these cute ones I want to put in

After I got done at Ink Well, we headed over to Dave & Mindy's house so Mic could do his fantasy football draft and I could see my bestie Mindy. The draft took way longer than I thought it would but I was glad that Mindy and I got to catch up a little and our kids could all play. After we left there we went to Texas Roadhouse AGAIN for dinner =) Came home... baths and bed!



My week had already gotten off to a fabulous start too! Spent my day so far like this

and the topper for today isssss SONS OF ANARCHY starts tonight! I can't wait! I think I'll make chili for dinner too... sounds amazing right??

Sunday Love..

-That'S WhaT I LovE AbouT SundaY-

LovE - Weekends with no "real" plans.. things get done when we don't have much going on! The horrible ongoing shed project got worked on, and is almost ready to be wrapped up! and the landscaping is getting finished today! Whoop Whoop!

LovE - Waking up to a gloomy morning with all 4 of my loves piled into my bed... it really doesn't get much better than that!

LovE - The cooler weather... Don't get me wrong, I love summer... but 105 degrees day after day was getting a little old! When I saw this weeks forecast all I could think was ZOO!!

LovE - itunes... I've been a music junkie lately... music in the car, music in the bathroom while I'm getting ready... LOVE it! I've downloaded all these old songs that bring back so many memories and I love getting lost in them.

LovE - Being tan! I'm tanning again... I hate being pasty white and I was starting to get that way. Eck!

LovE - That tomorrow is a holiday and I get another day with my hubby at home!

LovE - Fall decor... this gloomy cool day has got me wondering.. Is it too early to decorate for Halloween??

Model Material?!?

Today I dress up my little diva's in this...

and took them to Devin Webb @ Studio 5 to get their pictures taken.. I can't wait to see how they turned out... but I'm thinking of making them portfolio's and submitting them to modeling agencies. Not sure how it would work or how to even go about it, but I'm gonna work on it cause every little bit of money helps when it comes to college right?

Guess who's back!?!

Holy Hell I haven't been on here in almost TWO months! I've finally accepted the fact that I don't have time to be a regular blogger, so I'm just gonna update ya'll and blog when I get a free second (haha)

So... quick update

*Mikayla turned six in July... wrestled all summer at wrestling camps and is now a big FIRST grader!

*Makennah did gymnastics all summer and is now in three year old preschool at Zion Lutheran and she absolutely LOVES it! She's such a big girl now!

*Landon turned one in July and is walking running everywhere now! He's so flipping amazing! We started the little gym today and it melted my heart to see how much fun he was having.

This summer we swam a lot... went to parks.. hung out at the Dowdy's lake house down on Lake Egypt, went to story times, and got a new puppy. It was nonstop! I'm so ready for fall! Football, chili, Sons of Anarchy, Halloween.. I love that time of year! Hope every one's been good! Gonna go read everyone else's blogs now!

Thinking Happy Thoughts

I can't begin to explain how stressed I am about things that are going on in my life... I don't think I've ever felt this amount of stress before.. so I am going focus on my **loves** today, instead of the negativity that is trying to drag me down.

I love that no matter how down and out I am feeling... my kids smiles, laughter, and innocence always makes the struggle more than worth it.

I love that I am fortunate enough to be able to by my daughter what she wants for her birthday... today I wrapped her gifts and thought about how lucky I am to have a healthy, happy, perfect little girl who is about to turn 6 on Saturday.

I love that even though I am outraged at the verdict of the Casey Anothony case... I can still rest easy knowing that someday she will become face to face with the ultimate judge... who knows all.

I love that my little guy walks more and more everyday.. and its so flippin cute to watch him try to keep up with his sisters!

I love riding the Harley with my husband. It's the one thing that we do without the kids.. and I really enjoy it.

I love that Kennah gets the staples removed from her head tomorrow (after splitting it open last Saturday) and I can try to forget that feeling I felt while watching her hang onto a piece of wood for her life.

I love that I am going to Vegas in only 28 short days!!

Pheww! I feel a little better! Hope everyone is having a good Thursday... One more day till Friday!!
